Its publishers, Tali and Ophira Edut and Dyann Logwood state: "See, like you, we've seen too many women's magazines suggest that we have to be 6'8" and 51 pounds in order to be beautiful. At HUES, we uphold the beauty of all women's voices, attitudes, and flavors. HUES is a place where women can finally tell the world who we are, instead of being told who to be. Whether you're a mascara maven or proudly unshaven, there's a place for every sister in HUES. "
